As we announced last week, we’ve licensed our GMing books to Lone Wolf Development for integration into their Realm Works campaign management software, which is currently wrapping up a very successful Kickstarter campaign.
The campaign is now in its final day or so, already over $120,000 ($20,000 more than their goal, so it’s fully funded). If you’re interested in getting our GMing books integrated into this system for free, you can back at or above these three levels (all of which include Realm Works itself):
- $35: Never Unprepared
- $50: Masks + Never Unprepared
- $65: Eureka + Masks + Never Unprepared
Based on the sneak peek at Realm Works that Phil and Matt got from the developers, we think it’s going to kick ass and our books are going to help it kick even more ass.
Never Unprepared lines up perfectly with the sort of campaign management you can do in Realm Works, and both Masks and Eureka are already “databases in print form,” in a sense, so they’re a fantastic match for the software as well. Not to mention that you can also get other publishers’ books integrated into Realm Works for free as well: Halls of the Mountain King ($50), Blood Drive Trilogy ($50), Grande Temple of Jing ($65), and at $130,000 in funding (well within reach) The Blight adventure path.
I don’t just have a financial stake in this project as the licensor, I’m also a backer of Realm Works (as are Phil and Matt) and I’m excited to see how awesome the combination of Realm Works and our books turns out to be. If that possibility intrigues you as well, give the Kickstarter a look.
I’m glad you wrote this. I lost the link to the kickstarter with my recent sickness and was able to get in on it. I think there are 50 hours left now.
