We’ve been floored by the level of response Gnome Stew has gotten since we went live in the wee small hours of the morning on Monday, May 12th, and we have a host of folks to thank.

Dungeon Mastering, Musings of the Chatty DM and Tactical Studies Rules got things started by writing about the Stew before we’d even launched.

With our sneaky “You’ve found Gnome Stew” teaser site in place, we signed up over 250 RSS and email subscribers and more than 60 registered users before launch day.

On launch day itself, you might have come to Gnome Stew by way of posts on Wolfgang Baur’s Kobold Quarterly, the Campaign Builders’ Guild, of Dice and Dragons, Geek’s Dream Girl, The Unhappy Guy, M.J. Wilson Fantasy Favorites, Trollsmyth, How to Start a Revolution in 21 Days or Less, StumbleUpon (and a big thank you to whoever Stumbled us!) or through our announcements on Gaming Report and theRPGsite. We are tiny, appreciative gnomish linksluts.

All this activity meant that as of the end of launch day, Gnome Stew has over 100 registered users and more than 300 subscribers — who wrote 43 comments, which rocks on toast. Overall, we had almost 900 visitors and racked up just over 3,000 pageviews. We appreciate every single person who stopped by and got us off to a great start.

Thank you for your support, and for making Gnome Stew’s launch such a wild ride. We hope we can live up to your expectations in the coming days, weeks and months as we continue chopping up gnomes and adding them to the stew.
